I really LOVE this product but there must be a fault in the packaging or container. I have ordered this product on 3 separate occasions. One day a large bottle arrived completely empty. The liquid leaked and the box got soaked. I had to go back! On the other two occasions I ordered the 1 fluid ounce size. Both times they arrived wet. And both times the bottles leaked in transit. I'm afraid to travel with these bottles for fear they might leak. The product itself is great! The hair does not tangle, becomes soft and smooth. It also smells nice, but not the aroma you want to feel when you receive the package without even opening it.
