They are very light - 22 grams in my scale. They are surprisingly narrow and fit very well in standard Specialized bottles. I wouldn't use them on a mountain bike or on your gravel grinder - I don't think they will hold a bottle on rough trails - but for general road riding so far so good. The price is great. Note that they sit low over the bottle tabs on my frame. So low I thought I had derailleur clamp issues. I run a 50t ring and the front derailleur clip just releases these cages. If I've used 53t and had to adjust the derailleur clamp higher, it may not work with them. Of course all frames are different but I've never had a problem with the 3 or 4 other cages I've used.
