Thick cotton. We love the double zip. But our smaller than average (but larger than life) son has already grown from 6-12 months to just 8.5 months. Update: We bought a size 12-18 (largest available) and it is already getting too small for our little one who is only 10.5 months old. Again, he's not tall for his age. We need to find another brand for that. Do yourself a favour: buy another brand that you can use for at least 2 years, even if it costs a little more. Babies don't like it when their sleep patterns change, so it's easier to stick with a brand that can help them with that.
