I was so eager to try Think Tank Photo, but sadly, I had a very negative experience with their online shop. Despite their claims of superior goods and customer service, I thought their selection was at best mediocre. The photo bags I bought were flimsy and didn't give my gear the security I needed. The padded straps were uncomfortable during even brief shoots, and the movable sections were not as adaptable as I had anticipated. Even worse, I received unhelpful and dismissive answers when I voiced my concerns to their customer service team. Overall, I wouldn't advise anyone searching for dependable camera equipment or electronic accessories to shop at Think Tank Photo. Avoid wasting your time on their poor offerings and poor customer care. There are numerous other online retailers that provide much higher grade goods and services.
