The first mocha I ever bought was an aluminum body Bialetti mocha that chipped aluminum in my coffee towels and cleaning towels from the first use. No thank you! I figured if Bialetti was a big dog in aluminum moka pots and they didn't fit, then I wouldn't mess with other aluminum pots. After researching alternatives, I settled on this stainless steel Brim Moka pot. 100% best experience! Easy to use and clean, dishwasher safe, no need to wash immediately after use, no metal chipping in my coffee. There are no problems with either the lid or the handle. I like that no filters are needed. If you're someone who prefers an aluminum-free moka pot, someone who doesn't want to worry about their kitchen appliances, and someone who knows what you're getting into with the moka method, I highly recommend this coffee maker.
