The dashboard is very informative, easy to use with clear explanations as well! It's not too user friendly in my opinion but that could be because I'm new at this so it may improve over time if you're used to using other platforms like marketplaces or eCommerce sites etc., great tool overall - we are able to see our sales numbers easily which allows us make decisions easier when choosing what products go where since there isn't an option such as "sell X amount" per day/week (which would help keep track). We don’t have any complaints thus far about how things work from their end either, however they do offer many different services outside just analytics including AOV recommendations among others. They also provide support through live chat 24 hours 7 days week via email. If your looking into having someone who can manage all aspects of your business then look no.
