Bought in August and in less than a month we saw a significant drop in soap production. I checked the batteries and they were still 80%. Then there is no way out for a few weeks. We only use it for the typical SoftSoap brand, nothing thick or fancy. We ended up putting in a different set of batteries, although they were Duracell batteries, and they were tested / showed more than 70%. The device worked again, but after a few weeks we had the same problem. We tried to return it but Revain refused to refund the money because it was just outside of THEIR deadline. Next time we'll buy a local one (same price but at least we can return it with a 100% refund if there's a problem).
