I really liked this dispenser. It worked great, was very easy to use, didn't make a mess like other dispensers and didn't rust. It does not let moisture into the bathroom. My bathroom has no vent and is very small. When my husband showers with heavy steam, the bathroom stays very humid for a long time and this dispenser keeps the moisture in. However, after 5 months of use, it stopped working for unknown reasons. Keep in mind that it uses four AAA batteries and will run out quickly.

Putting the batteries in was very easy. It's just a screw with 4 "+" or "-" marks indicating how to install the batteries. To pour your desired liquid into the dispenser, all you have to do is lift the lid, remove the silicone cap and fill with liquid. Bought in August and in less than a month we saw a significant drop in soap production. I checked the batteries and they were still 80%. Then there is no way out for a few weeks. We only use it for the typical SoftSoap brand, nothing thick or fancy. We ended up putting in a different set of batteries, although they were Duracell batteries, and they were tested / showed more than 70%.
