Review on 🧵 Juki HZL-F600: Advanced Computer Sewing and Quilting Machine for Full-sized Projects by Angela Rodriguez

After just a week of limited use, this machine's pedal stopped working. I called the company several times and was finally able to speak to a mechanic who said he would send me a new pedal (obviously the machine is still under warranty). I did not receive a new pedal after 20 days and after several calls to the company I finally spoke to another mechanic who had no record of the new pedal being shipped. He told me to wait 3 more days and call back if not available. I LOVE this car but am very disappointed in the lack of a timely response from the company. Without this problem I would have given 5 stars.
