WOW! I have many crayons from professional to cheap, they are GREAT!

I'm an artist and I have a whole collection of colored pencils. I prefer to work with pencils like Caran D'Ache Pablo, Luminance, Polychromos and a few other brands that are similar in creating artwork. I always collect good pencils for other hobbies like greeting cards to send to friends etc. This set was a surprise! I did NOT expect them to be THAT good. I'm pretty picky about my painting supplies. There are ordinary cheap plastic trays. I almost never leave my pens in boxes, preferring to put them in book-like cases so I can leaf through them while I sit in my chair and draw. Tin cans are not suitable for this work. ALSO INCLUDES TOUCHER AND ERASER! I was very excited that they decided to include an eraser and sharpener. ARE YOU MARKED? These pens are marked with color numbers. They have a glossy coat of paint on the outside and are VERY similar to the Polychromos pens. I like that they have numbers so I can at least keep notes on how I've used them and samples. Many pencils from other manufacturers are not numbered and that is disappointing. HOW DO YOU WORK? I have to say when I sat down to play with them I expected them to be the typical fake crayons I've tried quite a bit. a bit of. I didn't expect the performance I got. These pins can lay down very lightly, but they lay down BEAUTIFULLY. I mean very well. I posted a photo of a pattern for you that has 10 colors in it. I overlay the pattern on the right with TEN FLOWERS. I had no trouble blending or using too much pencil to layer - it blended so well I literally gasped. HOW DOES THIS RELATE TO POLYCHROMOS? I have to say that these pens are so similar to the Polychromos that I can't tell the difference with some pens when using them side by side. I have posted for you a photo of Polychromos on the right side and Nyoni on the left side of the photo. As you can see, they are very similar. They are also very close on paper. Performance is outstanding and I would compare it to the Polychromos in terms of color range and performance. MY RATING, I'm really impressed. I haven't been THAT impressed with an unnamed brand in a long time, at least in the crayon department. FIVE STARS for you. If you can't afford Polychromos and really want a good set of pencils I would say this set is a great buy. I haven't had the chance to try EVERY pencil, but what I've used and played with so far has been impressive.
