Pros: No fuss, no fuss. It was easy to install. Take your measurements carefully and follow the instructions and they will fit your old watch perfectly. Exactly. It ticks but seems a little quieter than the mechanism I replaced. Disadvantages: old arrows do not fit. But I knew it was probably true when I left. Obviously there is no general standard for socket size. I managed to find a set with a very similar hand style to the old ones. It was not a used one in the kit, but again this was to be expected according to the description. It does have the option though, and with very little modification to my existing hand, I was able to install it with no problem. Overall: It was exactly as advertised, accurate and of good quality. Solid five.
