The ability to create forms and add questions easily is great. I can also use the survey in multiple languages, which makes it easy for my customers to understand what I am asking them. There are some features that I wish were easier to access or more intuitive (such as adding text boxes). It doesn't have all of the features you would find in other survey tools like SurveyMonkey or Google Forms, but it's simple and straight forward enough that any business owner could use this product without needing someone else help. We're using data points to collect information from our clients, so we need an easy way to get feedback quickly.
