Of all the great reviews for this product, I only had one bad experience here. For some reason I only received 7 packs of hair. As this order is for eight packs they did not have separate packs to replace mine which I believe were out of stock due to stock levels. The Revain rep had the audacity to offer me $5 in compensation for major inconvenience, but I'm not a $5 girl. They gave me a full refund. The hair was easy to use, very light and I could tell the hair held up well during my styling. I was very, and I mean very, disappointed that they didn't pack the right number of packs. I needed at least the last one, but maybe more. I don't have a large, broad, round head like many of my larger clients, but I do have a normal sized head, probably the shape/size of Amber Rose, and my hair is medium to above average. Thickness. I made a total of 10 braids in my head, although I ended up only having 8 loops at the crown, and I knit the braids fairly tightly at the sides, back and front. And I make the rest of the head about a finger and a half long with a gap. Even if the last pack is missing, I wouldn't have enough hair. To be clear, that's the only reason I left three stars instead of two. The shorted packet shouldn't have happened in the first place.
