Of all the great reviews for this product, I only had one bad experience here. For some reason I only received 7 packs of hair. As this order is for eight packs they did not have separate packs to replace mine which I believe were out of stock due to stock levels. The Revain rep had the audacity to offer me $5 in compensation for major inconvenience, but I'm not a $5 girl. They gave me a full refund. I don't know what hair this is, but it's not Marley hair. It's wavy and stiff like Marley's hair, but it's not Marley's hair. With Marley hair, the ends of the hair stay together when twisted. This hair is untangled. In addition, Marley's hair looks neater and straighter when curled. This hair looks coarse, messy and aged when curled up. I definitely do not recommend it. Loved this hair! I did the Marley/Havana twists and the hair was very soft and light. The length was perfect (to the waist). They got a bit tangled after I let them set, but that was probably because it was my first time using synthetic hair, so maybe the water was too hot. Overall I accidentally wore my hair for a month but I loved the style so much I wish I could upload a picture but my phone is acting weird.

I purchased this hair based on reviews and did not find the quality to be appropriate. I first brought it to make Marley twists and when I took it to my hairstylist she couldn't use the hair because it was too soft and lacked texture compared to other hair used for Marley twists would have. Matches color, texture, function, look. Very easy to style, the install guide on the pkg embed was helpful, you get a LOT. Enough for two or three new installations. LOVE this texture and color. Good job with double sealed packaging and foil!

I've wanted to see what big hair would look like on me for a long time. I am so glad I made this purchase. I liked this hair enough to make a second purchase in a different color. I love the feeling of lightness in the hair. When I first used this hair I kept the length and put it in a high bun. The second time I used it in a different color, I cut it in half and wore it in a shoulder-length bob. Loved the beat styles and there was a lot of hair in it. The hair is softer than others I've tried.
