PARTS FELL OFF best in my review
The cape is of good quality, but the little ball that holds the clasp closed is in two pieces. The top screws on and off, and one of them fell off, so now I can't close one of the clasps. The snap on the neck is the only way I have of keeping the cold off me. Very poor design. There is no way for me to fix it.
