The best part is that they are very supportive of their clients & always ready to help in any way possible which makes it easy for me as an agent working remotely from home office! Nothing at all so far but I can't complain because this has been one great experience overall! Great customer service team who have helped us out every step along our journey since we started using them about 6 months ago now. Highly recommended if you're looking into getting your own self-service CRM toolkit!! You will not regret taking up such amazing product offered here called 'Platform ID'!! It's definitely worth trying once before settling down onto anything else cause there really isnot much downside when compared against other similar products available online these days like Salesforce etc..
