Really solid chair and seems incredibly well made for the price. The wheels and castors are very smooth-running and the chair is heavily used. It feels like sitting in a $1,000 designer chair. My main suggestion: Go to the video under the purchase link to learn how to assemble the chair. This way you will have a more direct video that will guide you step by step through the assembly of the chair. Reminder: When you assemble the wheel, you need to push it in with enough force, or you can use a hammer to assemble it.
