I like that you can find multiple veterinarians in your area, at different times of day to fit every schedule! It's easy to track appointments with my clients. The search function makes it fast & convenient when looking up past vet visits or trying to figure out if there will be any issues before we leave town. Sometimes an appointment isn't available immediately after scheduling - even though they are open. This could delay me getting home from work earlier than expected (which doesn't happen often).
