The ease of creating my bot using AIML to connect it to an OCM2 backend, makes me very comfortable trying this service so far I only had small issues that were fixed in minutes but nothing major like some other services provide support for, which is great! This is a good starter or intermediate project if you are new to conversational commerce as this provides everything needed to get started without any additional effort by yourself. We have been able to develop our product/service by connecting users into live chat conversations via Bot. The ability to create bots that can interact with your customers in real time is really cool. I wish we had more integrations so our customers could use other services as well. We are trying to solve a couple of problems for our customers, one being an automated way of asking questions and another being having them respond back to us. It's been a great experience using Sequel. We've created several bots that are very helpful and easy to add new features to.
