We wanted 3 stools so we ordered 2 packs and 1 pack. The picture on the left shows how the padded cushion is placed on the frame. Both pillows that were packed together were deformed and could not be attached. I contacted the manufacturer and they told me to contact Revain. I was "chatting" with 3 different people and at the end of 30 minutes of tapping back and forth I was told to contact the manufacturer which I have already done. I was told I could return all 2 chairs. Well according to the instructions we have assembled 2 frames and the last step is to attach the pillow. All I asked for was 2 new undeformed pillows. In no case have I disassembled the frames to send them back. Neither the manufacturer nor Revain have corrected this situation. VERY DISAPPOINTED. ORDER ONLY ONE STOOL X 3 if you need quality materials.
