Easy to install as it can be moved. But like patterned wallpaper, it's difficult to align patterns unless you buy extra and don't deal with unused leftovers. I don't have any, so I lined up the seams as best I could and cut knots out of the rest to press for any obvious inconsistencies. I don't think most people would want that. Not happy with the gloss - not super glossy but has contact paper gloss because that's basically what it is. My walls have a very fine texture which must be why this material is peeling off. I cleaned the wall as directed prior to application. After about 2-3 weeks the bottom part came off and then the corner of one sheet actually fell off about 10 inches overnight. Now it happens at least once a week so I keep a window squeegee nearby to press until it comes off again. Wallpaper gets a lot better, but I don't want to risk damaging the wall when it comes time to remove it. I like the way it looks, but I expect the effort to keep it running will outweigh it sooner rather than later.
