Review on PowerNet Weighted Progressive Technique Coordination by Payton Stovall

Revainrating 5 out of 5

As a travel baseball coach for 9U, this .

As a 9U Baseball Travel Coach this is one of my favorite training items. These weighted balls won't overstretch even the toughest racquets. A hard, hard punch carries the ball an average of 6-8 feet in the air and another 25 feet. This makes hiring hits quick and convenient. Aside from the convenience, the VALUE of these learning tools is in teaching them how to use them. A hard backswing that isn't "heeded" will almost always result in the ball landing a few yards off the plate. This teaches the athlete the importance of making contact and maintaining power throughout the swing. Tip: Invite three players in at the same time and let them compete against each other whose ball flies the furthest. Balls are color coded by weight: yellow (12 oz), green (14 oz), red (16 oz).
