Doesn't hold up well after a while

In general, the lid is well made. It is long, completely covers the trailer from the spare wheel to the trailer hitch. I think it's better than being too short. A quality control issue: A tie was accidentally accidentally sewn onto one of the air vents. I was able to pry it off the screen with a razor blade and the missing piece was at the end of the binding so it doesn't affect anything. Don't go back for that. I'll see how well the fabric holds up in the sun, the water seems to shed water drops very well, it rained heavily the first day of installation. Updated July 30, 2007. here on SoCal. A year and a half has passed and the top is peeling off, like after a bad sunburn. I haven't called customer service about this yet so I don't know if they will replace it or not at the moment. I think I can buy a cheap tarp and double up on the top cover, although I hate going ghetto with it. Unlike some who have had issues with the sides, this is fine in that regard. I was hoping for at least three or so years for my $100.
