These scissors are a must have for anyone who sews! Cutting patterns becomes so easy and precise thanks to the lower blade that moves smoothly on the cutting table with little or no disturbance to the fabric during cutting. Far fewer pins are required to secure the pattern. Razor sharp to make cutting a dream. The only downside, and a small one at that, is that the knuckles of my cutting hand lightly touch the inside of the bottom loop of the handle. Not very painful, just noticeably closer to the end of the dress's cut. I highly recommend these scissors. You'll quickly wonder how you managed without them!
