Literally three minutes ago I received the package and opened it a minute ago. I was so excited about this purchase but my excitement was short lived. On one of the blades are notches and quite deep. Why do I have to figure out how to iron out bumps on brand new scissors? Why? Reading other people's reviews it seems that this was no accident. This business with a ragged blade seems like a 'thing', Fiskars. fix it!

These scissors are a must have for anyone who sews! Cutting patterns becomes so easy and precise thanks to the lower blade that moves smoothly on the cutting table with little or no disturbance to the fabric during cutting. Far fewer pins are required to secure the pattern. Razor sharp to make cutting a dream. The fabric is not very heavy. They don't lift the fabric as much as regular scissors, which is pretty cool. They don't cut as well as my gingher scissors. These are not my main fabric scissors, I only use them for cutting fabric patterns. I find that I could get them to cut better by tightening or loosening (can't remember now) the hex screw. I didn't like that I had to use my custom hex screwdriver to make the adjustment as the size is somewhere between 5/32 and 1/8 inch. I would give the…

I've had my eye on these scissors for a long time. I wanted a pair of scissors that were comfortable and lightweight, and sharp. Well they met my expectations in terms of comfort and weight. But they absolutely do not know how to cut something easily. First, those scissors were ridiculously dull! I don't know who released them from quality control, but these scissors suck.
