I've had my eye on these scissors for a long time. I wanted a pair of scissors that were comfortable and lightweight, and sharp. Well they met my expectations in terms of comfort and weight. But they absolutely do not know how to cut something easily. First, those scissors were ridiculously dull! I don't know who released them from quality control, but these scissors suck. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. They were also difficult to use. So if you have arthritis, go elsewhere. Aside from frankly blunt scissors, the impact of these things leaves a lot to be desired. This is my last pair of Fiskars. If you are a serious tailor/designer or just sewing seriously, buy a pair of Kai scissors. The Kai brand is even better than Ghinger. You absolutely get what you pay for. Absolutely the best scissors you can get for your money. I'm glad I updated. Goodbye Fiskars!
