Recently I was looking for a comfortable chair that would meet the demands of frequent use throughout the day. Although I'm not big or tall, I wanted something strong. At first I was disappointed when I saw the condition of the box when it was placed on my doorstep. I thought the chair was damaged and parts were missing. Needless to say I checked the package, received all the parts and for the most part everything looked genuine. Assembly took about 30 minutes. It's convenient, but it would be nice if it had an easier incline adjustment for rocking backwards. I have adjusted the handle on the bottom but I understand it is designed to hold more weight. Over time, depending on your environment, you may consider purchasing a lint roller. Overall the chair is solid (for me). The arms are actually metal, not plastic. The height adjustment is also very good. Pros: Comfortable, has decent padding Height adjustment Cons Quality - Welding could be better/cleaner. There are small metal balls under the base. I also noticed small holes in the metal of the arm. firmware. It would be nice if it was double stitched. I can see part of a seam sticking out of one of the arms. Total B
