How to wear barbed wire

I wore it around my torso. Velcro is very hard. Every place he touched my skin was very uncomfortable. Only used once so far. It says 15 feet stretched, which means a little. It is approximately 6 feet unstretched. I will cover or cut off the velcro as it definitely won't fit.
