Great vacuum cleaner. I bought it to replace my broken rack. This little animal takes care of pet hair, and I have LOTS of it. 3 dogs and 2 cats. One of the dogs is a greyhound so she has a lot of long hair and one of my cats has a very thin coat and sheds all the time. (Judging by the hair I pick up off the floor you'd think it's all bare already) The suction power is great and all the features are very well thought out. Because you're only pushing the power head, not the entire motor, it's a lot easier to use than a vertical one. The only problem is that if I wait too long to vacuum, the bin fills up quickly and can be difficult to empty. Remembering to empty it before it gets full and clogged will save you the headache of digging your hair out. More of a user error issue than a design issue. I wish the canister was as big as my old rack, but the performance and ease of use make up for it.
