I loathe to be the one to deliver bad news, but I must discuss my PlayBetter experience. Their web store was a total disappointment. Their customer care was nonexistent, to start. I had a problem with my purchase, but I couldn't reach anyone who could assist me. The shipping was also excruciatingly delayed. My order didn't come for almost two weeks, and when it did, the packaging was broken. To make matters worse, the goods I got were of poor grade. The GPS I bought only lasted a few uses before it ceased working. I made another attempt to get in touch with PlayBetter for a reimbursement, but they never answered. They obviously don't care about the people who buy their goods or how they make them. Avoid shopping at PlayBetter to spare yourself the hassle. There are numerous other web retailers that provide superior customer service, quicker shipping, and better-quality goods. PlayBetter is a waste of effort and money.
