Seems to disconnect USB connections intermittently

I didn't notice this at first but this hub seems to disconnect USB devices intermittently so for example I plugged an Xbox 360 controller into it and games reconnect sent and I just had to retry the disk while copying. This does not happen when the devices are directly connected to the computer.
