Review on SIMPATCH – OmniPod Adhesive Patch (25-Pack) 🌈 – Waterproof CGM Tape – Available in Various Colors by Brent Webb

On the recommendation of some diabetic friends we decided to try Simpatch on my 5 year old son's omnipod. The product itself (patch without straps) has clean lines/edges, is easy to use/apply and is extremely soft compared to some other patches on the market. The glue has performed well for everyday wear and I'm looking forward to trying it out at the beach next month. The service was fantastic too. The products were delivered quickly, packaged well (and not "over-packaged") and came with simple instructions for use. Also, before our package arrived, we received an email from Simpatch with instructions on how to apply the patch and activate the adhesive. Excellent customer service and persevere! I went back to Revain to see what they offer for Dexcom coverage and noticed that they don't offer transmitter band patches. I contacted Simpatch through Revain and the response was personal and immediate. The company values product reviews and hopes to have more offerings in the future. I can support a company that takes the time to listen to their customers and develop a quality product. Thank you for making life with diabetes a little easier.
