One of the most basic things is to include all the parts that the customer needs to assemble the product. This shelf feels solid apart from the fact that there are no screws. It would probably be durable if it had all the parts. It fits nicely on the ledge in my shower giving extra space for all our soaps, shampoos etc and looks beautiful. But he is incomplete. I'm still waiting for parts! Two screws are missing! I emailed the seller about this issue over 3 weeks ago but he still hasn't delivered the screws. So be aware that if you order this item you will not be able to use it for a few weeks. So keep that in mind when planning. If you need a shelf now, order elsewhere.
