Review on TapeManBlue by Tony Miller

Revainrating 3 out of 5

TapeManBlue is an example of a tape job performed by an online store.

I recently made the mistake of placing an order with TapeManBlue, and let me tell you, the experience was nothing short of a living nightmare! It appeared like something was awry from the minute I placed my order to the very end. To begin, their website moved at a snail's pace and was difficult to browse, making it tough for me to even find the things that I was interested in purchasing. And when I did finally find what I was looking for, there was only half of it available, which was an exceedingly aggravating situation for me. The final straw, though, was when my order was delivered in its whole. Not only was the product's packaging of poor quality and breaking apart, but the actual goods inside were also of poor quality. The paint had become thick and dried out, the brushes were of poor quality and flimsy, and the tape was of such poor quality that it pulled straight off the wall. When I called their customer service department to voice my complaints, the representatives there were extremely useless and condescending toward me. It appeared as though they had absolutely no interest in either the satisfaction of their clients or the excellence of their wares. Overall, TapeManBlue is not a retailer that I would suggest to anyone looking to purchase tools and supplies for home repair. Their web store is a sham, and the quality of their products is, at best, below average. Choose a provider that is more trusted and has a better reputation to spare yourself the headache.

Pros
  • The website is really user-friendly.
Cons
  • Shipping expenses might add up quickly.
