The best part about Do Forms was its easy integration with various Accounting Software such as Sage 50 & QB accounting software- We were able extract all our sales leads in one place so it makes analyzing them easier! I also liked how quick they responded when there are any changes made or questions asked by us - which helped me make decisions quickly without having doubts later downthe road (we had some issues initially but customer service team at DO FORM fixed those within 48 hours). It's hard to find something we dislike specifically because everything seems good after trying out different features.- Easy setup process of integrating your forms directly inside an account system using API keys:- Our customers could easily fill up surveys/forms online while working remotely through apps etc., thus increasing engagement level amongst clients I use Do Forms at my job every day. The form builder feature has allowed our team of accountants as well as internal staff members to create forms in minutes rather than hours or days. It's easy to share with others so we can continue to improve. There have been no downsides yet when using the product. Nothing specific but it seems more intuitive now then some older software products out there. We are trying to solve the issue of time wasted on creating simple forms.
