I got this Banglijian Hearing Aids Rechargeable for Adults Seniors, Magnetic Contact Charging Box with Larger Capacity, Small Hearing Aid with Noise Reduction and Feedback Cancellation, for my personal use. I am 71 years old and have some hearing loss. I have tried several different devices, with not much success. However, I ordered this device, and I can tell you I am very happy with it. I liked the construction, it is in my opinion, top quality. The charging case/ storage box is well made. I liked the rocker arms on the left and right device. I find it large it enough to know, with my finger placement, which is up or down. I like the 8 different levels available, and I really like the way they have set it up, so that if you hear one beep, you know you are at the very first or last level. I find this makes it very easy for me to know, at what level I have set the device. I also like that it remembers that level, so when I take them out of my ears and store them, upon re inserting them, it will set to the last level used. I like the user manual, as I found it easy to understand. I also liked the pulling line, some may not, but it made it easy for me to remove the ear domes from my ears, when I take the device off.
