THIS BROKEN OUR WORK PRINTER

Do not buy this product. He broke our work printer. We purchased this toner in January when it needed replacing and we just opened May 15, 2020. He only worked one day and broke the printer. We call the service technician and the toner did it. We bought another one immediately after the exchange and are returning it (brand new, unopened). But I would also like to return this one, it's still new.
