I've been using this product for over a year and my nutritionist thinks it's the best detox pill. I have to agree - the only reaction I've heard of is a bit of gas until the body starts the detoxification process. This is a powerful agent and you should definitely start with once a day before taking the amount recommended by your doctor or nutritionist. Don't be fooled by the fakes - all the ones I've found contain additional ingredients (to respect the brand/patent on this broccoli extract) and one brand adds estrogen - something you really need to know about before taking ! Highly recommend - and they had a great price when I bought it.
