Very good value for money
I bought this as a backup for my electric bilge pump on my open fishing boat. Convenient size, quickly pumps a lot of water. Seems to be very durable. A good product. Decent value for money.
- How does it work? - Our boat pump is 17 inches long and 2.5 inches wide and weighs only one pound. Simply connect a hose to one end of the pump, insert the bottom of the pump (or hose) into the water and use the handle to start the pump (apply a little olive oil if the handle sticks) . It sucks in water when you squeeze the handle and disperses water when you pull the handle out! Removes approximately 6 gallons per minute.
