It seemed to work. The room smelled better. The carpet was saturated with this substance. I then used a carpet cleaner (suction only) to vacuum up the remaining liquid. You could tell the product had been used but the smell of urine was still overpowering. So yes, it smells nice while you use it. After the carpet dries, it smells like urine again. I wanted a refund for my order and Revain states that I must send it back before they will refund or replace it. Why the hell should I return an empty bottle? So stupid. I want my $20 back.
