Multiple hardware issues - poor quality control.
Easy to use. BT works great. - as long as it lasted. Bought a total of 4 units; 1. works fine for 4 months and still works. The second worked for 2 days and was shorted. 3rd received from USPS was damaged (had to pay return shipping fees for #2 and #3). The fourth and last worked fine for a couple of weeks and now the volume is fluctuating after a few minutes of use. Will cut my losses and switch to another brand!
