I've always had incredible success with Panasonic phones. I've had a Panasonic phone since you stopped "renting" your phone. I occasionally make mistakes and buy a different brand. (Don't ask me about my experience with UNIDEN and the annoying beep after every message I received or hung up on! It drove me nuts.) I bought this phone to replace a work phone that was fast dying and had other problems. I went back to my old reserve. panasonic. and I will not turn back. The devices are compact and attractive. More importantly, they are ergonomically correct and fit perfectly in the palm of your hand. The second phone is great, but it doesn't automatically add phone numbers or commands you type. You must do this separately. I've learned my lesson again. I will never say no to Panasonic phones again. I've always had good experiences with them and only sold them because I wanted a smaller device or a more modern version. I have never seen a broken or defective Panasonic phone.
