A lot of these are cut off - won't be buying again

Used to attach casters to racks. I pre-drilled all the holes. I used a flat washer and a split lock washer. I had to stop tightening once the lock washer was almost flat. A little more and the head will fall off. I cut 6 of the 16 holes and had to adjust the position.
