For the average sailor, much cheaper than the competition and made to the same standard. It is a nice, simple design that works as it should. It's probably not in the right place for a high-end race boat or 40ft yacht, but for the rest of us it's great. Compared to the Davis 15, the way it assembles and disassembles, much better for those who use this trailer for sailing or masting for winter, however, it's still just a piece of plastic and wire, a big bird can ruin it, You can install it badly and it can come loose in a storm etc. I'd rather buy one every two years than competitors (who still have the same problems) give more of my money e.g u give.
