I've been building a PC for 80286 days. I've used almost every major manufacturer. I rarely need a guarantee, but when I do, I expect it to be there. Cool Master wasn't there. I saved over 5 months for each part of this build. I installed everything in the case and started testing. A 200mm fan on the front would not turn on. I checked every connection, switched to different ports on the hub and even tried a 140mm fan instead of a 200mm fan. Everything worked like clockwork. My conclusion is a damaged 200mm fan. There is no visible damage to the wiring. I have contacted Cooler Master regarding this and have provided all the information requested. The last thing they asked me for was a picture of a broken wire. Hm? I've examined it and can't find any cracks. I replied that whatever component was faulty, I didn't see the fault. I never heard from them again. I'm not covered by the Revain guarantee, so I'm left with a case that I won't use now. Thank you Coolmaster. You made me happy that I replaced your suitcase with Fantex.
