These shoes/slippers have slippery soles on the wooden floor. For this reason I cannot recommend this shoe for indoor use. For general outdoor walking, this is a very light shoe with a thin, very flexible sole. They offer very little protection from uneven treads. Good for even coverage. The fabric upper is lightweight and offers little support.
