Wide range of makeup palettes

I like to play with eye makeup. That's a really good color palette. The only thing I don't like about it is that all the shadows look a bit "frosty". When applying the base color I need a matte finish. I use it often and enjoy it. And if I use one of these colors as a "base" - then I use it for an evening.
