The quality is good but there is no rotating hanger.
This would be perfect but the shackle doesn't rotate. It wouldn't be that hard if I hung it in the closet where I could just slide it if I wanted the other side, but I wanted to hang it on the back of the door. After loading it with everything, it became too heavy for me to lift and rebalance it every time I wanted something on the other side. However, everything else is great. I like the deep pockets on the back. I was able to slip large gift bags in without worrying about the lids sagging and wrinkling. The plastic and stitching seemed strong enough. The fixed hanger just didn't work for me. So I finally decided to return it. Spring.
