Review on πŸ”’ Ultimate Protection with Proporta iPod Nano 7G Flip Tough Protective Case Cover Matte Faux Leather PU Pleather - Black by Laura Alexander

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Very good case with one serious flaw

Very good case with one serious flaw. The assembly stand that holds the MP3 player in the case is located exactly in the middle between the edges. Good plan, but the hole in the case for the headphone cable to connect the MP3 player is not in the middle. The stitching and off-center leather portion of the case prevent the headphone cable from fully connecting to the MP3 player. You have to fiddle with the case and the player, trying to rotate the case and rock the MP3 player up and down to fully insert the headphone cable. This hull design error had to be corrected prior to production for sale. I like the occasion; I hate the pain of having it properly installed every time I use it. So 2 stars instead of 5. UPDATE Since I wrote the above review, Proporta contacted me to request a review of their product. I have provided you the comments above as well as some photos showing the problem I am having. I received a replacement case from Proporta today that has slightly modified the headphone cable hole to make it easier to insert and install the cable into my iPod nano 7G. The adjustment made is completely invisible; excellent problem solving ability. I take my hat off to Proporta. I am duly impressed and have changed my rating. Excellent customer service!
