The perfect Nano 7G case. I love my!

I LOVE my Proporta Nano 7G flip case. It's absolutely perfect! I use my nano when I'm cleaning the house, working in the garden, etc., so it's a real workout. I bought the Nano to replace my old iPod classic (free headphone jack) and needed a case that would stay on my Nano with the headphones plugged in. I also preferred to charge it without removing the case. The first time I put my Nano in a case and didn't take it out! The Nano charges great, and since I don't constantly plug and unplug my…

Beautifully made case, only conditionally usable due to the design

To buy used at Proporta. Premium build quality, quality company and materials hold up very well. I gave 3 stars because I am not happy with the design of this particular case. The case opens from above. The headphone jack is clamped on the bottom where the case opens via hinges. With headphones plugged in, the case really doesn't open very easily or fully, so functionality is a bit limited for me as I always want to be able to access the screen. My cable has a right angle plug. A straight…

If you still have an iPod Nano.

I love my iPod Nano for its size and what it does NOT have: no email, no texting. The screen recently broke and I was lucky enough to find a local technician who could fix it. But then the search for a really good case began for him. The Proporta case was without a doubt the best case I've tried. I tested several and this was the best. He is durable. The Nano sits very securely in it and the headphone and charging ports are perfect. It also has a slot so you can control audio etc with the case…

Upside down design

I hate this case with every fiber of my being because it is upside down. It would be absolutely perfect if the hole was at the other end, but instead the headphone jack is where the case folds, not where the magnet is. The hole isn't big enough for my car adapter so I have to leave the case open to listen to my iPod in the car. It also doesn't work well with my headphones. Every time I need to plug or unplug something, the iPod slides across the case and presses random buttons, and it can be…

I love this shop! in case

I've had it for over 3 years and now it's approaching 4 years. And it's really starting to peel and peel off. It's still not too bad and still does the job as a nice soft protective case. To be honest it only peels around the taps and especially where the jackholes are. Everything else still looks perfect, with some minor fading around the edges. I realized I had brought this case before and turned pink. And judging by my order history, it took me four years to decide to buy new. So it…

Best nano protector on the market for the money

I'm so surprised these days that it's impossible to find a 7th gen iPod nano protector that actually protects the most sensitive part ie. much more. I love that it has full front protection so you can slip your iPod in your pocket and not worry about hard things like keys ruining the screen. It offers full front and rear protection and only leaves the sides exposed, but this is only so that you have access to the side controls. This product works well and looks good at the same time. The only…

It's upside down! - MP3 & MP4 Player Accessories

I had a similar case for my iPod Touch which I loved! In fact, I've worn out 4 of these over the years. The problem with this cover, in my opinion, is that it is upside down. I didn't realize that the front folds down instead of up like my other one. Knowing how well it works with the front from my other case, the logic behind this design is confusing to me. With this design, you often find it difficult to align the cables with the openings in the case. When the front folds out no holes are…

Very good case with one serious flaw

Very good case with one serious flaw. The assembly stand that holds the MP3 player in the case is located exactly in the middle between the edges. Good plan, but the hole in the case for the headphone cable to connect the MP3 player is not in the middle. The stitching and off-center leather portion of the case prevent the headphone cable from fully connecting to the MP3 player. You have to fiddle with the case and the player, trying to rotate the case and rock the MP3 player up and down to…

  • Worth the money
Cons
  • There are downsides

Very good protective cover, quick delivery

It would have been 5 stars if it wasn't so thick. It literally triples the thickness of the Nano, from about 0.2 inch to 0.6 inch (about 3/16 inch to 5/8 inch, give or take a fraction of 1/16 inch), plus the strap closure. The faux leather exterior has a luxurious feel, unlike many silicone or plastic cases that often look and feel cheap (many plastic cases look cheap, too). and feels fragile - and it probably is.) The suede-like interior lining is soft and shouldn't scratch the Nano's screen…
